If you are a carrier expecting to receive payments from one of your partners through Loop, you should have received an invitation to onboard to the Loop platform via an invitation from no-reply@loop.com.
If the form was able to be submitted, your organization should be successfully onboarded. At this time, Loop does not send confirmation emails once your company has been onboarded, however, your partner can confirm your onboarding status.
